Getting started using Accreditation

Select the example that best describes you:

I am an existing NHVR Portal User / I have a Access, Registration or Vehicle Standards account in the NHVR Portal:

We have set up your account and also set the main contact listed in existing Accreditation records as the account admin user. Additional Accreditation contacts will be added to the account with ‘User submitter’ permissions.

  1. Log in using your existing password
  2. Accreditation will display in the side navigation
  3. To use the service complete ‘user verification’if you have not done so in the past
  4. Set up your nominated ‘Legal Representative’
  5. You can now view your Accreditation records within the NHVR Portal.

For existing accounts, if your existing NHVR Account name is different to your Accreditation Account Name it is possible a duplicate account may have been set up when NHVAS data was transferred into the NHVR Portal.

Where there is a different registered company name (ACN) to the ABN or company initially set up in the NHVR Portal, these accounts will need to be merged.

Please contact the NHVR Call Centre for help in merging duplicate accounts.

I have never used the NHVR Portal before:

We have set up your account and also set up the main contact the *Director and/or Individual as the Legal Representative on the account and the admin user.

Note: *The Legal Representative for an ACN registered company must be a current director and for an individual is the name that the accreditation is granted.
