Help and User Support

  1. Navigate to Help located in the top navigation bar.

    You can access this when you are not logged into the NHVR Portal or from any screen when you are logged in.

  2. Select the Road Manager Help Centre.

3. Use 'Toggle'  in the left corner of the Help Centre to open the side navigation menu or use

the 'Search' function  to find the related Help Article.


View the 'in Portal' HELP articles

  1. Select a topic from the Help Articles menu.
  2. Use the side navigation menu or use Search  to find the related Help Article.
  3. Click on  at the bottom of the slide out screen, to view the full Help Centre website.


Browse the Help Centre website

  1.  Select the Help Centre – Road Manager drop-down menu in the side navigation panel to browse the available topics.
  2. Review the FAQs.
  3. Select Webinars, Videos and Training for further information.
